Role begins as a three-month contract, transition to full-time dependent on review


  • Experience working in any of the following areas: government, electoral campaigns, political advocacy, think tanks, or corporate government affairs
  • Familiarity with administrative or executive assistant functions
  • Impeccable planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset


  • Manage contacts and related news updates
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel
  • Support event planning and other programming
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, distribution, and list maintenance
